Project Amendments

As per RERA all changes / corrections / alterations / additions / amendments / rectifications pertaining to a registered project needs to be carried out only after obtaining of previous approval from the authority in due course.

• a) Alterations in the sanctioned plans, layout plans, specification, nature of fixtures and fittings, amenities and common areas.
• b) Changing the name of the project, changes in the name of promoters.
• c) Increase / Decrease in the existing land.
• d) Increase / Decrease in the number of units.
• e) Changes in the dimensions of the units.
• f) Re-allotment of allottees / Sold Units.
• g) Cancellation of allotments.
• h) Compensation from defaulting allottees.
• i) Changes in Bank Account Details etc.
